Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

All products are made to order. Production and handling typically take 2–5 business days, and may vary slightly during peak periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide from our US-based fulfillment partner, including (but not limited to):

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Luxembourg, Monaco, Malta, San Marino, Liechtenstein, Romania, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Macau.

If a product appears as "Sold Out" in your region, it may not be available for shipment to your country due to local import laws. In that case please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.

3. Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from our US-based fulfillment warehouse. Tracking information is sent by email once your order has left the warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers. Customs clearance in your country may add additional days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value.

Free standard shipping is available for United States orders over $50 USD.

6. International Orders — Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees (DDU)

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Shipping charges at checkout cover transport only. Any import duties, VAT, customs fees or broker handling charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier on delivery. Typical combined fees range from 15% to 25% of the order value depending on destination.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay import duties, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Reshipment will require payment of shipping again.
