AI Assistant — Terms of Use & Disclaimer

These terms apply to your use of the AI assistant feature (“Joe”) available to registered SUPPLI-X account holders.

1. Nature of the Service

Joe is an artificial intelligence assistant. He is not a human, not a licensed medical professional, not a registered dietitian, and not a certified nutritionist. All responses generated by Joe are produced automatically by AI technology and are intended for general informational and product-guidance purposes only.

2. No Medical Advice

Nothing communicated by Joe constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use Joe’s guidance as a basis for making health, medical, or medication decisions. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a health condition.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

AI systems can make mistakes. Joe may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. SUPPLI-X does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any response generated by Joe. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Joe and to purchase dietary supplements from SUPPLI-X. By using Joe you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Data Processing

When you use Joe, your voice input and text messages are transmitted to and processed by our AI voice and chat infrastructure in order to generate responses. By using Joe you consent to this processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

6. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVEGANDO AI LABS LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, harm, or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, any information or recommendation provided by Joe. Your use of Joe is entirely at your own risk.

7. Availability

Joe is a members-only feature available exclusively to registered SUPPLI-X account holders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Joe at any time without notice.

8. Governing Terms

These AI Terms of Use are incorporated into and form part of the SUPPLI-X Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the main Terms of Service shall prevail.
