Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to the continental United States, Canada, selected European countries and selected international Zone 3 destinations. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please reach out via our Contact Form as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

Products & Ingredients

Are SUPPLI-X products made in the USA?
Yes. All SUPPLI-X supplements are manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified facilities and tested for purity and potency.

Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. We test for label accuracy, contaminants and potency to ensure what's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Are your supplements vegan?
Many of our supplements are vegan. Check the individual product page for full ingredient and allergen information.

Do your products contain proprietary blends?
No. We believe in full label transparency. Every active ingredient is listed with its exact dose.

Can I take multiple SUPPLI-X products together?
Most of our products are designed to complement each other. If you have specific health conditions or take prescription medication, consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately via our Contact Form with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will resolve it quickly.
