Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Because our products are dietary supplements, cosmetics and personal-care items, returns are subject to strict hygiene and safety conditions.

Right of Return

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened and has its original seal intact.
  • The item is undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • You have contacted us by email before sending the item back.

Opened, used, or seal-broken products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email info@suppli-x.com with subject line "Return + [Order Number]". Returns without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • The return address will be provided by us by email based on your region.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping service; we cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, minus any applicable original shipping fees. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
