Shipping & Delivery Availability

SUPPLI-X ships to most eligible US states and selected international destinations. Product availability at checkout depends on the shipping address, product type and active carrier coverage.

Where We Ship

  • United States: most US states, excluding Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
  • Not currently supported: Alaska, Hawaii and US military post addresses including APO, FPO and DPO.
  • Zone 1: Canada.
  • Zone 2: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and United Kingdom.
  • Zone 3: Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

If an Item Appears Unavailable

If checkout shows a product as unavailable, sold out or not deliverable for your address, the item may not be eligible for your destination. This can happen when a product cannot be shipped to a specific country, state, region or military post address.

Current Shipping Rates Through May 6

  • United States: rates start at $4.50 for orders up to 0.5 lb and up to $8.00 for 1.01-2 lb. Additional weight is typically +$1.00 per extra lb.
  • International Zone 1: rates start at $17.00 up to 1 lb, then additional weight may apply.
  • International Zone 2: rates start at $18.00 up to 1 lb, then additional weight may apply.
  • International Zone 3: rates start at $20.00 up to 1 lb, then additional weight may apply.
  • Additional international weight: typically +$5.00 to +$6.00 per extra lb depending on destination zone.

Shipping rates, delivery coverage and carrier availability may change after May 6. Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery Notes

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

International Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or carrier collection fees set by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in SUPPLI-X product prices or standard shipping rates unless they are clearly shown as collected at checkout.

For orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, the recipient is responsible for paying any duties, taxes or customs-related fees directly to the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery. SUPPLI-X does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

If a package is delayed, held, returned, abandoned or refused because duties, taxes or customs-related fees are unpaid, SUPPLI-X is not responsible for those charges, delays or any resulting loss. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your destination country may require additional charges before delivery.
