International Duties, Import Taxes and Customs Fees

For international orders, import duties, local taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or carrier collection fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless such charges are explicitly collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or standard shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal or non-payment of these charges may cause delays, return, abandonment or loss of the shipment, and does not automatically create a right to refund shipping, customs-related fees or returned goods.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings on the website are an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. By clicking "Buy" or similar at checkout you submit a binding order. A contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in USD (or the currency selected at checkout) and include applicable taxes where legally required. Shipping charges are shown separately before checkout.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Stripe and Airwallex). We do not store full payment card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. International orders are shipped DDU — any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Right of Return

Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Opened or seal-broken dietary supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. Product Information & Disclaimer

Our dietary supplements and cosmetic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet, medical advice, or prescribed medication. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods through this website is limited to the purchase price of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
