How to Use
Mix 1 scoop in 6–8 oz of cold beverage. Assess tolerance by starting with 1 scoop. If well tolerated, take 1 to 2 scoops 30 minutes before working out. Do not exceed 2 scoops (350 mg caffeine) daily. 300 g per tub.

Contains 175 mg caffeine per scoop. Not for use by persons under 18, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine sources (coffee, energy drinks, other pre-workouts). Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are taking any medication or have a medical condition. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Yes. SUPPLI-X ships to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Standard shipping takes approx. 3-7 business days and Express shipping approx. 2-4 business days, counted from the order date (business days are Monday to Friday; delivery times are estimates). Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more.

For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened products with the original seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies (no restocking fee where prohibited by law, e.g. EU statutory withdrawal). Damaged or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
