Where We Currently Do Not Ship
We currently do not ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Ireland, Greece, Alaska, Hawaii, US military post addresses (APO, FPO and DPO) or any country not listed above. If your country is not on the list, the checkout will not offer delivery to your address.
Delivery Times
- US Standard: about 3 to 7 business days.
- US Express: about 2 to 4 business days.
- All other countries: about 5 to 10 business days with tracked international shipping.
Business days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates; weather, strikes, customs checks and public holidays can cause delays.

- US Standard: from $5.29, depending on weight. Free standard shipping on US orders from $49.
- US Express: from $9.99, depending on weight.
- Canada: from $19.
- United Kingdom and Western & Northern Europe: from $20.
- Central & Eastern Europe, Asia & Oceania: from $25.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders outside the United States, import duties and local taxes are not collected at checkout. They may be charged by the carrier or customs office in your country when the parcel is delivered, and are paid by the recipient. Rules differ by country, so please check your local regulations before ordering.
Product Availability by Country
Most of our products ship to all 37 countries. A few products cannot be shipped to certain destinations, for example the United Kingdom, Australia or South Korea, because of local import rules. The checkout always shows you whether every item in your cart can be delivered to your address.

Not at the moment. US delivery covers the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.

About 3 to 7 business days with Standard, or 2 to 4 business days with Express.
Is there express shipping?
Yes, for US addresses. Choose Express at checkout for delivery in about 2 to 4 business days.
How long does international shipping take?
About 5 to 10 business days, plus any time needed for customs.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping on US orders from $49. International orders always pay shipping.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For orders outside the US, duties and local taxes are not collected at checkout and may be charged on delivery by your local carrier or customs office.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where are SUPPLI-X products made?
Our supplements are made in GMP-certified facilities, mostly in the USA. The country of manufacture is listed on each product page.
