Q: Instant or ground – what's the difference?
A: Instant Mushroom Fuse dissolves in hot water, no brewer needed – 30% organic mushrooms, about $1.48 per cup. Vitality Mushroom Coffee is ground coffee (5% Lion's Mane, 5% Chaga) that you brew like regular coffee.

Q: How do I prepare it?
A: Instant: 1 scoop (2 g) in 8–10 oz hot water, stir. Ground: 1–2 tablespoons per 6 oz water in your usual brewer.
