What does Citrine Dawn taste like?
Bright and lively: citrus zest up front, dried fruit in the middle and a clean, bright finish. Lighter in body than our medium and dark roasts.
Is Citrine Dawn flavored?
No. The only ingredient is 100% Arabica whole beans. The citrus and fruit notes come from the bean origins and the light roast — no syrups, no added flavorings.
How is it different from Hazel Crown or Night Forge?
Hazel Crown is a medium roast with roasted hazelnut and maple, Night Forge a bold dark roast with toasted nuts and cocoa. Citrine Dawn is our light roast with Ethiopian beans in the blend — brighter, fruitier and more complex.
How should I brew it?
Grind right before brewing. Medium-fine for pour-over, medium for drip, coarse for cold brew. Start with about 2 tablespoons (10–12 g) of coffee per 6 oz of water at 195–205°F.
How many cups are in a 12 oz bag?
About 34 cups at 10 g per 6 oz cup.

Yes. SUPPLI-X ships to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Standard shipping takes approx. 3-7 business days and Express shipping approx. 2-4 business days, counted from the order date (business days are Monday to Friday; delivery times are estimates). Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more.

For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened products with the original seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies (no restocking fee where prohibited by law, e.g. EU statutory withdrawal). Damaged or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced free of charge or fully refunded.
