How to Use

Mix 2 scoops (1 serving) with 12–20 oz (355–591 ml) of water, or 1 scoop with 6–10 oz for a lighter drink. Do not exceed 4 scoops (400mg caffeine) per day, and count caffeine from all other sources (coffee, tea, energy drinks, pre-workouts). Avoid use within 6 hours of bedtime.
