Keelwell GLP-1 Companion is a daily nutrient and digestion formula for adults who are changing the way they eat — smaller portions, fewer meals or a new routine. It combines digestive enzymes, ginger, peppermint and a spore-forming probiotic with everyday nutrients in their active forms: methylated B12, folate, iron, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D3. Two capsules a day, every amount printed on the label.

• LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans, 6 billion CFU / 166 mg) — A spore-forming probiotic strain. Spores are naturally protected, which makes this strain stable at room temperature — no fridge needed.
• DigeZyme® & Bromelain — DigeZyme® is a multi-enzyme complex; bromelain is an enzyme from the stem of the pineapple plant.
• Ginger root (std. to 5% gingerols) & Peppermint leaf — Two of the most traditional kitchen botanicals after a meal, from ginger tea to after-dinner mints.
• Methylated B vitamins — Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (525 mcg), folate as L-5-MTHF (400 mcg DFE) and vitamin B6 as P5P (26 mg): the active forms of these vitamins.
• Iron (18 mg) & Zinc (20 mg) — Both as bisglycinate chelates, meaning bound to the amino acid glycine.
• Magnesium (200 mg) — As magnesium oxide and citrate, one of the higher doses in this type of formula.
• Vitamin D3 (50 mcg / 2,000 IU) & Biotin — Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, the same form your skin makes in sunlight.
• Ashwagandha root (5% withanolides) — An evergreen shrub from India and one of the best-known plants in Ayurveda.

How do I take Keelwell?
Adults take two (2) capsules daily with 6–8 oz (177–237 ml) of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Does the probiotic need to be refrigerated?
No. LactoSpore® is a spore-forming strain and is stored at room temperature — in a cool, dry place.

How long does one bottle last?
60 capsules at two per day — 30 servings, one month.
