• Garcinia cambogia (200 mg, 50% HCA) — A small, pumpkin-shaped fruit from South and Southeast Asia that has been used for generations as a souring spice in curries. The extract is standardized to hydroxycitric acid (HCA), the compound the fruit is known for.
• CLA (100 mg) — Conjugated linoleic acid, a fatty acid that occurs naturally in milk, butter and beef.
• MCT oil (70 mg) — Medium-chain triglycerides, the shorter fats that make coconut oil special. They are the reason MCT is so popular in coffee and low-carb routines.
• Chromium (200 mcg, as polynicotinate) — An essential trace mineral the body needs only in tiny amounts. In this form it is bound to niacin (vitamin B3).
• L-Carnitine (25 mg) — A compound your body makes itself and that is found in red meat. It is one of the classic partners of MCT and CLA in this type of formula.
• Inositol (500 mg) & Choline (200 mg) — Choline is an essential nutrient found in eggs and liver; inositol occurs naturally in fruits, beans and grains.

• Gymnema, Turmeric, CoQ10, GLA & Bladderwrack — Gymnema is a climbing plant from India used in Ayurvedic tradition; turmeric (95% extract) is the golden spice; CoQ10 is a compound found in every cell; GLA is a plant-based omega-6 fatty acid; bladderwrack is a North Atlantic seaweed and a natural source of iodine.
• Botanical blend (631 mg) — Spirulina, kelp, bromelain (from pineapple), psyllium husk, cinnamon bark, clove bud, allspice, juniper berry, buchu leaf, uva ursi leaf, cranberry, grapefruit and the amino acids L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine and L-methionine.

How do I take Kilnwood?
Take 4 capsules daily, preferably with meals — for example 2 capsules with 8 oz (237 ml) of water before breakfast and 2 before dinner — or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Does it contain caffeine?
No caffeine, green tea or coffee extract is listed on the label.

Why does it contain iodine?
Kelp and bladderwrack are seaweeds and naturally contain iodine. If you have a thyroid condition or already take iodine, talk to your doctor before use.
