Most evening products on the shelf use either melatonin alone or a handful of herbs. Moonridge brings together the classic evening teas — chamomile, lemon balm, passion flower and hops — with traditional botanicals from Asia and India and the amino acids that are often paired with them, for adults who want one complete formula for their nightly routine instead of five separate bottles.*

• Melatonin (10 mg) — A compound your body produces naturally in the evening as it gets dark. 10 mg is a high amount — that is why Moonridge is meant for adults only and not for long-term use without talking to a doctor.
• Vitamin B6, Magnesium & Calcium — Three everyday micronutrients: B6 as pyridoxine HCl (1.8 mg, 106% DV), magnesium as citrate (13 mg) and calcium as carbonate (17 mg).

Good to know: Vegetable capsules — no gelatin. Contains St. John's Wort, 5-HTP and L-Tryptophan: do not use if you take antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs) or other serotonergic drugs, blood thinners, hormonal contraceptives, immunosuppressants or any prescription medication without talking to your doctor first — St. John's Wort interacts with many medications and can reduce their effect. Contains 10 mg melatonin: do not drive or operate machinery after use.

How do I take Moonridge?
Adults take two (2) capsules once a day, 20–30 minutes before bedtime, with an 8 oz (237 ml) glass of water, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

What is the difference to Porchlight?
Porchlight is the lighter formula with 2 mg of melatonin and seven ingredients. Moonridge has 10 mg of melatonin, minerals and a 14-ingredient blend — but because of St. John's Wort and 5-HTP it is not suitable for anyone taking medication without medical advice.

How long does one bottle last?
