Ridgefuel is our daily capsule for people who eat low-carb. Each serving combines three forms of beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) salts — calcium, magnesium and sodium — with MCT powder and calcium citrate. 1. Calcium BHB, Magnesium BHB & Sodium BHB — Beta-hydroxybutyrate is a compound your body produces on its own, especially when you eat very few carbohydrates. In supplements it is bound to a mineral as a salt, which makes it stable and dry enough for a capsule. Here it comes bound to three different minerals.
2. MCT powder — Medium-chain triglycerides are fats with shorter carbon chains than the long-chain fats that make up most of our diet. As a dry powder, MCT can go into a capsule instead of a bottle of oil.
3. Calcium citrate — One of the most common forms of calcium in supplements and the first ingredient on the label.
