Tryhard is a caffeinated drink mix for long sessions: late-night ranked games, exam week, a deadline, or the hour before training. Two scoops in 16 oz of cold water give you 200 mg of natural caffeine from green tea, 300 mg of Alpha-GPC, 100 mg of L-theanine, 1,000 mg of L-arginine, 600 mg of inositol, Asian ginseng and a B-vitamin complex — for 10 calories, in a sour grape that tastes like the purple candy, not like medicine.

Most "gamer fuel" tubs are caffeine, color and sweetener. We built Tryhard the other way round: the caffeine is there, but it is paired with L-theanine and Alpha-GPC, and every amount is printed on the facts panel. No proprietary blend, no hidden doses.

Caffeine plus L-theanine — why the pairing

L-theanine is the amino acid from green tea leaves that people commonly combine with caffeine. Tryhard uses the classic 2:1 ratio — 200 mg caffeine to 100 mg L-theanine, the same pairing that naturally occurs in a cup of green tea, just at a higher amount.

What is actually inside — and why

• Natural caffeine from green tea (200 mg) — About two cups of coffee.
• Alpha-GPC (300 mg) — Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, a choline compound. Choline is an essential nutrient found in eggs and meat.
• L-Theanine (100 mg) — The green-tea amino acid described above.
• L-Arginine HCl (1,000 mg) — An amino acid found in meat, nuts and dairy; a standard ingredient in performance powders.
• Inositol (600 mg) — A sugar-like compound found in fruit, beans and grains.
• Asian ginseng extract (50 mg) — Panax ginseng, the famous root of East Asian herbal tradition.
• Black pepper extract (5 mg) — Piperine from black pepper fruit.
• B-vitamin complex — Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folate, B12 and pantothenic acid at about one third of the daily value each.

FAQ

How do I mix it?
2 scoops (7.5 g) in 16 fl oz (480 ml) of cold water, shake or stir. Do not exceed 5 scoops within 24 hours.

When should I drink it?
About 20–30 minutes before your session. Because of the caffeine, avoid it within 6 hours of bedtime.

Is it a pre-workout?
