FAQ

How do I mix it?
2 scoops (7.5 g) in 16 fl oz (480 ml) of cold water, shake or stir. Ice makes it better. Do not exceed 5 scoops within 24 hours.

When should I drink it?
About 20–30 minutes before your session. Because of the caffeine, avoid it within 6 hours of bedtime.

Is it a pre-workout?
